Introduction
RD QS was set up by Sr Mohd Razif bin Daud with wholehearted support from Sr Mohd Zaili bin Mohd Zainordin in 2015 and officially registered with the Board of Quantity Surveyor and Ministry of Finance in 2018. Both have experienced more than 15 years in the Construction Industry.
And have dealt with various types of Clients throughout their career (e.g Petronas, KLCC Projects Sdn. Bhd, ECER, NCER, UDA Holdings, Amanah Raya Berhad, etc.)
They have handled many segment types of projects (e.g. Institutional, Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Religious, Heritage & Conservation, Mix Development, Green Project, etc.
Both also have managed different types of Procurement & Contracting strategies (e.g. Conventional, Design and Build, Private Financing Initiative (PFI, etc.)
